We use superior, eco friendly garments from trusted suppliers, print to a high standard and check each print to ensure the highest quality.
If you are not happy with any part of our service, please contact us via email within 15 days of receipt of your goods. Subject to the following exceptions, we will seek to rectify the problem or offer a full refund.
BATCH VARIATION GARMENTS:
From time to time there is variation between batches of garments, this can affect color and size. These tolerances are very small and often these differences are unnoticeable. Ultimately this is out of our control as we receive garments from the manufacturer. this should be taken into consideration when ordering.
WASTAGE
Please allow for wastage of 5% for orders over 100 garments. these numbers can increase due to complexities such as ink color changes, multi color printing and smaller print runs.
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
In order to produce the highest quality and cleanest garments for your project, staff or customers, we recommend you wash all garments before use or re-sale.
EXCEPTIONS
We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.
Please note that we cannot and will not responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process
Errors in user selected options such as product type or size.
Please examine your artwork and proofs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to approving the order.
